Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria: ✔️ Unused and in the same condition as received. ✔️ Must be in its original packaging. ✔️ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps: 1️⃣ Check your bank account again. 2️⃣ Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. 3️⃣ Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@dmady.com, and we will guide you through the process.

🔹 Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔹 Shipping Time: The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

🔹 Orders Over $100: If you are returning an item valued at over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
